Reliability Estimation of a Network Structure Using Generalized Trapezoidal Fuzzy Numbers

Abstract Classical sets are used commonly to consider reliability. Because of the uncertainty in data (which considered present paper) classical fail describe reliability accurately. Uncertainty leads fluctuation actual situation structure. Fuzzy logic method attempts test system with benefit membership function. Within this context, specific problems reasoning-based approaches studied, explored and correlated standard approaches. In paper Generalized Trapezoidal numbers (GTrFN) assess structure's fuzzy The each event is assigned different level satisfaction some improved operations on generalized trapezoidal calculate boundaries for resultant final along degree satisfaction. Also results compared demonstrate application Numbers (GTrFN). obtained converge more precise interval values as compare vague number.
